Midas Plus Duck Race
Buy a rubber duck from memorial gardens and watch as the ducks come rushing down the river and into the Thames!
BUPA Bridge to Bridge Boat Race
Begun in 2022, this is a new event to Staines-Upon-Thames Day and we know it will soon become a favourite! Open to all amateur rowers the finals will be held at 1pm and the winners will be awarded the BUPA CUP. Come and cheer them on from the riverside on Staines Bridge. Staines Boat Club will be on site to tell you more about this fabulous sport, open to all ages.
French Brothers Boats
French Brothers will be running boat trips all day from the centre of Memorial Gardens.
Staines & Egham Sea Cadets/Surrey Canoe Club
Staines and Egham Sea Cadets and Surrey Canoe Club will be on the riverbank offering information about kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding and offering taster sessions for all. Find out more about the fun you can have on the river.
